Fire Chief - Bob Dudley

|
The Greenfield Fire Department is made up of 21 very dedicated people that are there to help their neighbor at anytime. In the last 12 years, the department has lowered the city's ISO Class from a 7 to a 4. This lower class rating reduces city residents annual homeowner's costs and aids in industrial recruitment.
The department has held the annual Fire Prevention Festival (see photos below) for the last 19 years. The purpose of the festival is to raise residents awareness of preventing fires in the homes. In addition, Fire Department members visit the town's schools annually to educate children in fire prevention. One method of doing so is the through the state's annual Fire Prevention Poster contest. Thru the efforts of the Fire Department, Greenfield can boasts of 12 winners in the past 21 years of the Fire Prevention Poster contest.
The Greenfield Fire Department proudly stands at the ready to serve the citizens of this great town. |
